The company provides a consultancy service in all areas of sales, marketing & business generation and also specialises in training these disciplines. Extensive European experience, language skills and an in-depth knowledge of the hospitality & leisure industries set this consultancy apart.

Carvell undertakes most projects herself thus ensuring the highest levels of professionalism are maintained at all times.

Carvell has a BSc Hons degree in Management Sciences and is a Chartered Marketer. She is a full member of the Institute of Directors and the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She is long-standing chair of the Hotel Marketing Association.
