Pamela Carvell has a BSc Hons. degree in Management Sciences from the University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology, England and she specialised in marketing.

She has worked in sales & marketing for over 20 years in a variety of industries and both in client and agency positions. Before establishing Pampas in 1991, she was Marketing Director Europe, Middle East & Africa for Holiday Inn Hotels.

She undertakes many of the projects herself and takes great pride in her reputation for time management, professionalism, thoroughness and enthusiasm in everything she does. A very positive and energetic person, there is nothing she loves more than motivating others to fulfil themselves professionally and personally.

She is a member of the Institute of Directors, Chartered Institute of Marketing and Hotel & Catering International Management Association and is a Chartered Marketer. She is long-standing Chairman of the Hotel Marketing Association.

She has been Industrial Fellow on the University of Surrey, Hospitality Management degree course and sat on the board of the Football Licensing Authority for 6 years.

Pamela is a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and brings these invaluable skills to everything she does.
